About Practical Knowledge

Mission: Practical Knowledge, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2022, provides
scholarship preparedness programming and other related workshops to college bound
students. Thousands of college bound high school students from under-resourced areas make the grades to gain acceptance into great colleges and universities, but don’t have the ability to attend these colleges due to an inability to meet the cost of attendance. We help students present the best versions of themselves while pursuing educational funding, and we also conduct workshops that empower students with resources in the event they encounter challenges while furthering their education on and off campus.
